Acrobatic Arts: Acrodance
Acrobatic arts is a fundemental programme for dance teachers to use alongside their weekly classes. The programme gives safe and effective progressions, with proven results across five divisions of Acrodance: Flexibilty, Strength, Balance, Llimbering and Tumbling.
Simply, thoughtout progressions, take the beginner preschool level dancer from logrolls & summersaultsa to the advanced dancer tumbling effortlessly across the stage.
The Acrobatic Arts syllabus will allow the students to take examinations in Acrodance, whilst developing their strengths and technique through the levels. Students can add this as an additional class, alongside Classical Ballet or Modern training.

'LITTLE STARS' ✨ MUSIC.SONG.DANCE
The Little Stars sessions runs regularly during term time on Wednesday and Thursdays 9.30am at East Barsham Village Hall. The class is aimed at toddlers (ages 1-4), creating musical rhythms and singing, dance movements to imaginary themes, using magic wands, Pom Poms, rainbow ribbons, maracas and much more.

Beginners: 6:30-7.15pm
Improvers: 7.15 -8.00pm
£6.50 per session or £5, if paid in advance, with a block booking.

Our academy is home to students of all ages and abilites, who enjoy dancing, fitness & making new friends. Striving for success and building self-confidence. New members are always welcome and simply enjoy spending time together in Class or at academy events.

We regularly perform at commercial events and public displays . Taking young talent all over the county. Participating in Dance Examinations for the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing (ISTD), Dance & Music Festivals and Yearly Academy Shows.
